Lanre Balogun
Lanre Balogun is a hospitality executive and Director at Glocient Hospitality Limited, the hospitality arm of Cavista Holdings, where he leads the operations and strategic repositioning of the Ikogosi Warm and Cold Springs Resort & Conference Centre in Ekiti State, Nigeria. Since assuming leadership in 2022, he has overseen the resort’s transformation into a leading eco-tourism, leisure, and MICE destination through major infrastructure upgrades, service excellence initiatives, and technology-driven guest experiences.
HOSPITALITY MANAGER
Francis Ogosi
Francis Ogosi is Hospitality Manager at Glocient Hospitality Limited, where he directs daily operations and service excellence at the Ikogosi Warm and Cold Springs Resort, Nigeria’s award-winning eco-tourism destination. With over two decades of hospitality leadership, he also founded BlueByte Hospitality Ltd. and has revitalised numerous properties across West Africa. A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (UK) and Tourism and Hospitality Consultants, Ogosi champions strategic planning, guest-centric service, and sustainable growth.
